Where is the difference between the folders "Fan Fiction" and "Story Arc Fanfic"?

to be honest I don't know, the previous founder did all of this
I thought maybe it's that "Story Arc Fanfic" is for stories which play in a certain arc of the main story or continue it and that "Fan Fiction" is fan fiction which uses the main characters but plays in an alternate universe, for example.
This is just what I think when I see those folders, so I don't know if this is correct. But this is the only thing I can imagine.

I think its the story one that has the oc only and the fan-fic one with the characters in Bleach.
